I think it is -- just drop the period at the end of the 'header' line.
(otherwise LGTM).

pushed as part of the release.

Mark mentioned that some motivation for batch tagging might be good; I
don't know if it's just freeze fatigue, but I'd rather add that to the
man pages later (or maybe the wiki)
