Right, I started using LOCATION for external inboxes instead of "URL_OR_PATH" in --help; so MFOLDER may help disambiguate it for non-external destinations. Thanks again for tackling the doc stuff; I'll leave the .pod untouched for now to avoid conflicts. I have an aversion to all mark{up,down} languages, thus it's most natural for me to document stuff in commit messages, --help text and emails :>
