Curious, was that from `git ls-files >MANIFEST' ?

Because that puts lei-rm.pod after lei-rm-watch.pod on different
systems I tested.  I don't see git using LC_COLLATE anywhere,
but locale(1) gives:

FreeBSD:

No big deal, I can just flip and push it; I just don't want a
