Dear,
Which Emacs mode do you use to write the workflow with the WISP flavour?
The wisp one?
Around me, people mainly use RStudio to complete analyses in biology fields.
I know people using VSCode or Sublime.
What do the people around you use to write their workflow?
Thank you in advance.
All the best,
simon

Most here use Snakemake and they use whatever editor they use anyway.
Some use RStudio, others Sublime, yet others vim.

Just barely related but perhaps of interest to Emacs users working with
Snakemake: Some time ago I wrote snakemake-mode.el, which builds off of
python.el's python-mode to support Snakemake syntax (mainly highlighting
and indentation): <https://github.com/kyleam/snakemake-mode>.
