I=E2=80=99ve been using the sqlite backend for a while myself and it=E2=80=
=99s really
quite nice.

Does this dependency really need to be propagated, though?  Or could we
wrap the =E2=80=9Cofflineimap=E2=80=9D executable in a suitable PYTHONPAT=
H instead?
