* gnu/packages/hurd.scm (mig): Do it. Also add patch so that it builds
properly.
* gnu/packages/patches/mig-generate-cpu.h-with-ffreestanding.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
