* gnu/packages/search.scm (searx): Update to 1.1.0.
[source](version): append "v" to commit tag.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments](phases): Use G-expression.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-brotli, python-setproctitle, and python-pysocks.
