I looked more at nushell again and it looks like the main repo has
nushell and a couple of plugins that aren't built by default, so my plan
of building from the repo and dumping everything isn't going to work.  I
(now) think the best plan is to change crates-nu to crates-shell so we
can put some other bits in there, and move nushell not to rust-nu but to
nushell.scm and put the plugins in there.

I can make the necessary changes.
