In general I like this patch, but I think we should go in a different
direction. I took a closer look at nushell, and it turns out that all
the crates (with the exception of nu-ansi-term and reedline) are all
part of one 'nushell' repository, so we'll do better to change the
packaging of nushell to grab that repository and build it all at once,
without all the separate packages. That would leave us with nushell,
which I think can stay in shells.scm, and the several rust-nu-ansi-term
packages, which can go elsewhere.
