Xcape allows to use modifier key as another key when pressed and
released on its own.

It's a matter of preference, but we typically put multiple arguments on
the same line and break when we would go over 80 characters.

Use a lowercase "x", to match the package names.

As the tarball does not include the name of the package you should
probably add something like this:

    (file-name (string-append name "-" version ".tar.gz"))
