The problem is that dict-dir is typically
=E2=80=9C$HOME/.guix-profile/lib/aspell=E2=80=9D, so we can=E2=80=99t = choose it at configure
time (unless Aspell expands =E2=80=9C$HOME=E2=80=9D?).

Even if we did, we=E2=80=99d like to offer users the ability to choose
