Ludo explained the issue on IRC [1].  Well, I should have done
"./pre-inst-env guix pull" with a misconfiguration from source.

Therefore, to fix I did:

  ./configure --localstatedir=/var/ --sysconfigdir=/etc
  make
  ./pre-env-inst guix pull

and everything works fine. :-)


The tarballs are not the same:
