It shows some hubris for you to declare that "there's no good argument".
How did you come to that conclusion?  Did you assume that there must not
be any good argument against it because you couldn't think of one?

We discussed this long ago and decided against including /usr/bin/env.
Therefore, I reverted your commit for now.  If you like, we can start
another discussion about it, and I'll restate my arguments against it
when I find the energy.
