Hi,

on aarch64, Docker fails the "daemon/logger TestRingLogge" test.

This is the case for guix revision
"ee7c9d254117fa470686210ad2ef5e7f1ba4fefc" (~100 days old) and
"5bd80ccd69047b1777749e24d4adf2c951b5d14b" (current latest as of
writing)

There is no substitute available for this package as well on aarch64.
