* gnu/packages/lisp.scm (femtolisp)[description]: Adjust to remove
unnecessary sentence.
[arguments](patch-makefile): Remove it and ...
(make-flags): Add "release" to make-flags.
(arguments)[tests]: Enable them as test-target "test".
