Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

* Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a
professional setting

It is one thing to call for a more welcoming community and quite another
to call people names and to assert that they act in bad faith as you
have been doing in the past days.  Please stop right now.
