Guix does not require FSF copyright assignment. Contributing a package
definition to Guix is not the same as contributing to the upstream
project providing the software that we build.
Take Emacs, for example, a project requiring copyright assignment.
Providing a package definition for Emacs to Guix does not contribute to
the Emacs project, so no copyright assignment is required.
