as my first packaging exercise I'd like to try packaging hugo

are others already working on that? I'd avoid duplicating efforts in
favour of collaboration efforts :-)

if I have to start from scratch, I'd import the Nix package, although
it's a little bit outdated (0.47.1 vs. 0.54.0 current release)
