I really like the idea of having sub commands which names are verbs like
in Git, otherwise I agree that these familiar names are easier to
remember than 'guix package' options. So I really welcome this patch! :)

These are "old" news for the already released 0.8.3. I think it's better
to add nothing yet and let Ludovic synthesize the NEWS before the next
release.
