Hello!

In line with our tireless efforts to achieve so-called =E2=80=9Cindustrial
strength=E2=80=9D for Guix, time has come to have a bug tracker.

I=E2=80=99m very much in favor of using <http://debbugs.gnu.org/>.  Debbugs=
 can
be accessed by email, through its web interface, and via its Emacs
interface.  It=E2=80=99s simple and nice.  It=E2=80=99s used by several GNU=
 projects:
<http://debbugs.gnu.org/Packages.html>.

So, unless someone complains vehemently, I would like to have it ready
by the next release (within 2 weeks?).  That means we=E2=80=99d create anot=
her
list (guix-devel, say) for discussions, and bug-guix would be under
Debbugs=E2=80=99 control=E2=80=93meaning that any messages sent to bug-guix=
 will lead to
the creation of a new bug report.
