Subject: bug#19316: group ownership of /gnu/store/
Date: Mon, 08 Dec 2014 22:28:03 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87ppbtde70.fsf@mango.localdomain> (raw)
Hi,
the manual describes how to create build users for use with guix-daemon,
but it does not mention that the /gnu/store/ directory must be
group-owned by the guix-builder group in order to actually use these
build accounts.
Currently, an error message after a failed build prompts the user to
change group ownership of /gnu/store/.
Cheers,
rekado
