What file system type did you select for your partitions? Also, what kind of partitioning did you choose (guided, etc.)? BTW, note that, for Guix System, doing a =E2=80=9Cfresh install=E2=80=9D do= esn=E2=80=99t buy you much in the sense that =E2=80=98guix system reconfigure=E2=80=99 amounts to= doing a =E2=80=9Cfresh install=E2=80=9D: the result is the same.
