Maintainers meeting notes.

Hello,

For the last six months or so, the maintainers have been conducting
monthly meetings on Jami.  They are scheduled every first Tuesday of the
month. It is often the occasion to plan some actions and discuss the
administration of the build farm.

Really cool!  Thank you for the initiative and being transparent about
the under-the-hood tasks of the maintainers’ collective.
