This =E2=80=98core-updates=E2=80=99 cycle was terribly long, so I suggest t= o write down a schedule and then try hard to stick to it. ;-) What about this: =E2=80=A2 May 25th, =E2=80=98core-updates=E2=80=99 branch frozen (i.e., r= ebuild-the-world changes are no longer accepted); =E2=80=A2 June 15th, =E2=80=98core-updates=E2=80=99 merged in =E2=80=98ma= ster=E2=80=99 (i.e., most regressions compared to =E2=80=98master=E2=80=99 have been fixed). How does that sound? If anyone wants to make non-trivial changes in =E2=80=98core-updates=E2=80= =99, let=E2=80=99s make them as early as possible. I for one would like to finally merge =E2=80=98wip-build-systems-gexp=E2=80= =99 so I=E2=80=99ll try to do that. There=E2=80=99s also support for response files in =E2=80=98ld-wrapper=E2=80=99, but that is easier (see ). Last but not least: who wants to be the timekeeper? The position mostly consists in firmly reminding people of the schedule. :-) Ludo=E2=80=99.
