Hint hint. ;-) FWIW: I’m using GUIX_DAEMON_SOCKET=guix:// since a few days. It allows for a simpler “guixr”, which now only prints extra info and refuses to run on the login node. It’s really nice! I haven’t noticed any difference in performance, but I certainly could test patches.
