* gnu/packages/emacs.scm: Prefix all Emacs packages with "emacs-".
This is to enforce consistency and so that `emacs-packages?' can reliably
detect Emacs packages based on the "emacs-" prefix.

* gnu/packages/emacs.scm: Prefix all Emacs packages with "emacs-".
This is to enforce consistency and so that `emacs-packages?' can reliably
detect Emacs packages based on the "emacs-" prefix.
