The ICAB network is not reliable.  With that many participants you often
can=E2=80=99t even connect at all, so I don=E2=80=99t think it=E2=80=99s fe=
asible to stream
anything at all, even if it=E2=80=99s just a terrible 8kHz audio stream ;)

I=E2=80=99m not going to attend this time.  Without a reliable network the
answers to these two questions become irrelevant, in my opinion.
