Install the configuring 'guix' into system/root profile

Hi,

A few months ago, someone (maybe Ludovic) posted here or on Mastodon
about how to install the 'guix' executable that was used to reconfigure
a system into that system's system (or root) profile.  Unfortunately, I
can no longer find it.  Does anyone else remember it?  Thanks!

P.S. I think that setting should be the default.

I know only about guix-for-channels, maybe that was it?  However see my email to
help-guix.  If there is a way to actually take reference to the guix package
running the reconfigure, that would be quite cool as well though (and would
solve my problem).
