Just for clarity, do you mean the GFDL with a laundry-list of non-free anti-features excluded, like the guix manual: Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.3 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, no Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover Texts. Without that, I'm not sure you can actually include it in the guix manual (other than, perhaps, by using CC-BY-SA 4.0, maybe)... live well, vagrant
