Normally I would rather avoid core updates at such a late stage.

What package(s) do these ACL fixes unblock?

Now, if you really think it=E2=80=99s important, and if (1) Hydra is done
building everything, and (2) there are exactly zero regressions, I=E2=80=99=
m OK
with merging it.
