Apparently not, so I went ahead and merged!

Please email bug-guix@gnu.org if you notice anything wrong.

For the record, there are many novelties: glibc 2.29, the default
compiler is now GCC 7 (was 5.5), there=E2=80=99s the new =E2=80=9Creduced b=
inary seed
bootstrap=E2=80=9D, and tons of other updates and improvements.
