Basically the intent is for =E2=80=98license=E2=80=99 to reflect the license of the whole, but we often= end up leaving a comment in cases where there=E2=80=99s some ambiguity. I think it=E2=80=99s hard to do better without maintaining =E2=80=98copyrig= ht=E2=80=99 files =C3=A0 la Debian. Ludo=E2=80=99.
