leads to:

which is 404.

Can htmlxref.cnf specify what the =E2=80=9Cdir=E2=80=9D URL should be?

If so, what about hosting a =E2=80=9Cdir=E2=80=9D somewhere on gnu.org and =
have the
default htmlxref.cnf that comes with Texinfo point to that?
