Hello Debbugs!

We=E2=80=99d like to use Debbugs to handle some of the patches we get for G=
uix,
and I have just created guix-patches@gnu.org for that purpose.

Looking at <https://debbugs.gnu.org/Using.html>, I think the name for
Debbugs should be =E2=80=9Cguix-patches=E2=80=9D.  The email address could =
be
bug-guix@gnu.org, but that=E2=80=99s another Debbugs instance (what is this
address actually used for?).  The URL is
<https://www.gnu.org/software/guix/>.

We=E2=80=99d use it in =E2=80=9Cexclusive mode=E2=80=9D.

We=E2=80=99re wondering about patch series as sent by =E2=80=98git send-ema=
il=E2=80=99 though.
What would be your suggestion for those?
