Thanks, as always!  I've been gravely negligent in my update 
duties of late.

Unfortunately, as-is this breaks hangups, which I need to talk to 
my totally real friends that exist, and I think python-swiftclient 
too.

Beautifulsoup has the following requirement

  requires.txt:soupsieve>=1.2

which I think warrants propagation, as much 's I dislike it.

Thoughts?
