You would need to run =E2=80=9Cautoreconf=E2=80=9D in a pre-configure phase=
 to
regenerate =E2=80=98configure=E2=80=99.  And thus you=E2=80=99d need to add=
 Autoconf (and maybe
Automake and Libtool) as native inputs, too.

However, I=E2=80=99d recommend simply patching =E2=80=98configure=E2=80=99 =
itself in a snippet,
using =E2=80=98substitute*=E2=80=99.  That way, you won=E2=80=99t have to a=
dd these dependencies
and extra phase.
