Thanks to the FSF and in particular Lisa Maginnis, hydra.gnu.org now has
more RAM (hydra.gnu.org is a VM kindly hosted by the FSF.)
This upgrade had been greatly needed for some time: lack of RAM was
responsible for many of the availability issues we’ve experienced, so
hopefully things are going to be better now.
