OK, so Mathieu, if you=E2=80=99re still here ;-) : What about adding sub-sections to =E2=80=9CContributing=E2=80=9D, with material mostly taken = from =E2=80=98HACKING=E2=80=99 (with the exception of =E2=80=9CCommit Access=E2= =80=9D, I think), and also with =E2=80=9CRunning Guix Before It Is Installed=E2=80=9D moved there?
