Commit log for reverts

When reverting changes, I think we should always add a sentence possibly
with a link explaining the revert, to make it easier to those of us
reading guix-commits and to our future selves looking at the commit log
and wondering what was going on back then.  :-)

Thoughts?

(Anyhow, I’m glad SWI-Prolog eventually made it!)

Me as well. I am working on mercurylang.org now, which is like Prolog and Haskell mixed.

Wondering what log syntax might support writing a graph tool[1]
that would produce a chart of commits and reversions
with boxes of synopses connected by arrows.

[1] With output options for utf8 console output as well as
pdf, png, etc (via tex?)
