* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-cmyt): Update to 2.0.1.
[source]: Swap to git checkout containing tests.
[arguments]<phases>: Add 'relax-requirements.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools and python-wheel; add
python-hatchling.
[description]: Adjust fill column.
