* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-11): Update to 11.4.0.
Remove ‘gcc-10-tree-sra-union-handling.patch’.
* gnu/local.mk: Delist patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/gcc-10-tree-sra-union-handling.patch: Delete.
