* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pyan3): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-pyan3-fix-absolute-path-bug.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/python-pyan3-fix-positional-arguments.patch: New files.
* gnu/local.mk: Register them.
