The default argument to ‘target-64bit?’ already is
`(or (%current-target-system) (%current-system))`, so there’s no need to
duplicate code.
* gnu/packages/textutils.scm (ustr)[arguments]<#:phases>: Don’t pass default
argument to ‘target-64bit?’.
