[bug#45018] [PATCH v2 1/6] daemon: 'Agent' constructor takes a list of environment variables.

* nix/libutil/util.hh (struct Agent)[Agent]: Add 'env' parameter.
* nix/libutil/util.cc (Agent::Agent): Honor it.
