 Hi Miguel! Thank you :-)

The message from the robot, and immediately after the answer of a regular translator from the French team :

------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Hi! I am the service robot at the Translation Project,
and was awakened by one of your submissions.

***> As file name you supplied 'guix-manual-1.2.0-pre2.fr.po.zip'. In
this I cannot find the domain name, the version number, nor the team
code. The file name should look like 'DOMAINNAME-
VERSIONNUMBER.TEAMCODE.po' (all in lowercase).

Some error reported above (marked with "***>") prevents me from
accepting your PO file. Sorry! But do not hesitate to resubmit your
PO file, once you think the problem has been fixed. As a robot I am
incredibly patient at these things!"
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Someone (thanks to him too ;-) from the French translation team answered me:

"At least two problems with the headers: the version
is not good, it should be updated to 1.2.0-pre2. The
language is not good, it must be simply French without
precision (fr, not fr_FR)."

Then, the safest way is to send the file directly, not in
 a zip."

So I knom I must update my merged 'guix-manual-1.2.0-pre1.fr.po' to
pre2, modify language from 'fr_FR to 'fr' and when I'm done, send it
directly.

It's nice to read this :-) By the way, is it
possible, if it seems necessary, to modify directly the .po file by hand
with a simple text editor ?

I have tried to learn a few about msgfmt, msgunfmt, msgcat, msgmerge and
xgettext, using them during the process of research, in the last days...
Also, I have the impression that I will have to go into more detail
about gettext and others, before the ...next try ;-)

It will be a great pleasure for me to contribute with succes, and these
answers will help me :-)
