Subject: gnu: python: Update to 3.8.0.
Date: Wed, 23 Oct 2019 11:11:50 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20191023091150.r6hdhtm2idxfdka3@rafflesia> (raw)

Hi Guix!

Python 3.8.0 was released on October the 14th [1].
What would be the proper way to package it for Guix?! Add a new public
variable `python-3.8` and make `python-3` and `python` point to it? Would
`python-3.7` go away?!
