* gnu/packages/haskell.scm (ghc-feed): Update to 1.0.0.0.
[arguments]: Add "--allow-newer=xml-conduit" to #:configure-flags.
[inputs]: Add ghc-base-compat, ghc-safe, and ghc-xml-conduit.
