In building Gnome gspell I get this error message

_XSERVTransmkdir: ERROR: euid != 0,directory /tmp/.X11-unix will not be
created.

it seems that gspell requires the builder to be root; do I undertsand
correctly ?

How do I deal with this ?

Thank you in advance

Hopefully it's possible to run the test without root. But if not, that's
okay. We have several packages that skip tests that require root
privileges.
