     Hi,

when developing packages, esp. when switching branches, I get lots of
     messages like this:

     ;;; note: source file ???/guix/gnu/packages/tor.scm
     ;;; newer than compiled ???/guix/gnu/packages/tor.go

How can I get rid of these?

Don't switch branches. If you want to work on two branches keep two
working directories - one per branch.
