Subject: [PATCH] gnu: libtiff: Fix a buffer overflow.

* gnu/packages/patches/libtiff-heap-overflow.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/image.scm (libtiff/fixed): Use it.
